I’m David M Hancock. Google me with the “M” and you’ll see what I’ve been up to. I’m a longtime journalist who recently ended a 15-year run with CBS News in New York City, where I assigned stories and ran the home page of CBSNews.com. Before that I was a reporter for The Miami Herald and several Texas newspapers.
I’m the author of two books: a collection of short stories “The Man Who Lost His Gayness” and an autobiographical novella “Tricks Gone Bad.” In my fiction I aspire to be a provocateur, writing frankly about sex.
I’m also finding my voice as a humorous story teller and standup comic. I seek the humor in the dilemma of older people who still want to be sexual. You gotta take some knocks, and you gotta be able to laugh!
